1. Validity Period

This agreement is valid, as long as you are a member/ uses the services offered by mothermatrimony.com; may deny/terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason with an email notice to you, provided by you. You may also discontinue/terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by intimating to mothermatrimony.com. If your membership is terminated by mothermatrimony.com for breach of agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund on the subscription/membership charges paid.

2. Personal Use

The Service is made available to you for your personal use only. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use this Service. You must provide current, accurate identification, contact, and other information that may be required as part of the registration process and/or continued use of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Service password and account, and are responsible for all activities that occur there under. mothermatrimony.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without notice for any reason.

3. Member Dispute

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other mothermatrimony.com members. You agree and undertake that your interactions with the other mothermatrimony.com members is at your sole discretion and responsibility, and that mothermatrimony.com shall not be responsible/ liable for confirming the veracity of the content of other mothermatrimony.com members.

4. Content of the Service

Mothermatrimony.com takes no responsibility for third party content nor does Mothermatrimony.com have any obligation to monitor such third party content. Mothermatrimony.com reserves the right at all times to remove or refuse to distribute any content on the Service, such as content which violates the terms of this Agreement. 5. Protect the rights, property or safety of Mothermatrimony.com, its users and the public. Mothermatrimony.com will not be responsible or liable for the exercise or non-exercise of its rights under this Agreement

5. You understand and agree that Mothermatrimony.com may review and delete any content, messages, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgment of Mothermatrimony.com violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of Members.

6. You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on the Service, or transmit to other Members. Mothermatrimony.com reserves the right to verify the authenticity of Content posted on the site. In exercising this right, Mothermatrimony.com may ask you to provide any documentary or other form of evidence supporting the Content you post on the site. If you fail to produce such evidence, Mothermatrimony.com may, in its sole discretion, terminate your Membership without a refund.

By posting Content to any public area of Mothermatrimony.com, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Mothermatrimony.com an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.

8. The following is a partial list of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited on the Website. Mothermatrimony.com reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Service and terminating the membership of such violators. It includes Content that:

• is patently offensive to the online community, such as Content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
• harasses or advocates harassment of another person;

• promotes information that you know is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;
• promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
• contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
• displays any kind of pornographic or sexually explicit material;
• post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
• solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users; and
• Engages in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes.

9. You will not "frame" or "mirror" any part of the Service, without Our prior written authorization. You also shall not use meta tags or code or other devices containing any reference to Mothermatrimony.com in order to direct any person to any other web site for any purpose.

10. You must use the Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

11. You may not include in your Member profile any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs or email addresses.

12. You may not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You may not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other Members. Although Mothermatrimony.com cannot monitor the conduct of its Members off the Website, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the Service in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent. In order to protect our Members from such advertising or solicitation, Mothermatrimony.com reserves the right to restrict the number of emails which a Member may send to other Members in any 24-hour period to a number which Mothermatrimony.com deems appropriate in its sole discretion.

13. Disputes

If there is any dispute about or involving the Website and/or the Service, by using the Website, you agree that the dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of Tamil Nadu, India without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the courts of Kanyakumari District, Tamilnadu, India.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Mothermatrimony.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees, agents and third parties harmless, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of Your use of the Service, including:

1. Your breach of this Agreement;
2. any allegation that any materials that You submit to Us or transmit to the Service infringe or otherwise violate the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property or other rights of any third party; and/or
3. Your activities in connection with the Service. This indemnity shall be applicable without regard to the negligence of any party, including any indemnified person
